Detox by just eating fruit and vegetables you can do yourself at home. Here are some quick juice recipes for detox.
1. Pear and Pineapple Fruit Juice
Prepare one yellow pear, 100 grams of pineapple, 1/2 tsp of grated ginger (take water) and ten mint leaves. Cut all the ingredients into the juicer or blender and serve in a glass.
2. Broccoli Juice, Apple, and Lemon

100 grams of broccoli, soak 10 seconds in hot water, one apple, two large celery sticks, three tablespoons lemon juice or ½ lemon juice and 100 ml of cold mineral water.

3. Apple Juice, Carrots, and Juice of Orange Water

5. Coconut Water
